IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Columbia Township Board authorizes its attorneys, Schuitmaker, Cooper, Schuitmaker, Cypher & Knotek, P.C., to take court action on behalf of the Township, and to file a Circuit Court action against Alice Ann Scott, Claude Scott, Paul Scott, Theodore Derricote, Deidre Gregory, Darrell Scott, Phillip Scott, John Franklin Scott, Jr., Felicia Scott and Victoria Scott, and all other interested parties for non-compliance of Township ordinances regarding Anti-Blight and building requirements in regard to property located at CR 380, Grand Junction, Michigan (parcel No. 80-06-031-002-00).
