COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A special meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Larry Burgett. Present were Grahek, May, and Harrington. Absent was Landers.

The purpose of the meeting was to vote on terminating the contract between Columbia Township and AGS.

Grahek made a motion to terminate the agreement between Columbia Township and AGS, dated July 17, 1990, with the termination to be effective as soon as possible, and notification of AGS, as provided for in paragraph 6 of said agreement, to be accomplished as soon as possible. Motion was seconded by Burgett, and carried by unanimous roll call vote of those present.

Grahek moved to adjourn, seconded by Burgett. Meeting adjourned at 9:41 AM.
