NOTICE OF INTENT TO HOLD MEETING ELECTRONICALLY

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

FEBRUARY 4, 2021 at 7:00 P.M.

THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY

The Columbia Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing and regular meeting electronically on February 4, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Pursuant to the Open Meeting Act – SB 1108 the Township gives notice of the following:

  1. Reason for Electronic Meeting. The ZBA is holding its meeting by electronic means only to protect the health and safety of our citizens and board.
  2. Procedures. The public may participate in the meeting electronically and may make a public comment by:

Please take further notice that the matter to be considered at the public hearing includes:

Mariusz Falkus of Chicago, IL has petitioned for a dimensional variance to build a new dwelling at 10272 51st St; 80-06-015-054-20. The request is for 20 feet of relief of the required front setback. The required front setback is 50 feet from the centerline (Firelane 14) and 10 feet of relief from the required 20 feet rear setback (30 feet from centerline and 10 feet from the rear line).
