Draft Minutes
These steps will show you how to easily find the published draft minutes as they become available.
Please note that at times draft minutes may be available at the hall sooner than they are available online due to workload.
1. Go to columbiatwp.com and select Meetings and Agendas.
2. Select Meetings
3. Select Draft Meeting Minutes
4. Select the appropriate folder arrow.
In this case I am selecting the Regular Board Meeting arrow.
5. Select the appropriate year.
As we are just getting started with this tool, we only have 2020 available at this time.
6. Select the meeting and format you would like to see.
Here I am selecting the PDF version of the May 19, 2020 draft minutes.
7. Select “Click to Open Full PDF”
8. Finally, you can choose to download the file or print it by hovering over the top of the page.
