NOTICE OF THE COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP ELECTION COMMISSION MEETING
The Columbia Township Election Commission will meet on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. to appoint election inspectors and chairperson, approve necessary business items for managing the August 4th election, and to approve the public accuracy testing date and time.

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP ELECTION COMMISSION MEETING

THE MEETING WILL BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY
The Columbia Township Election Commission will hold their meeting electronically on July 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be held electronically pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order 2020-129. Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-129, the Township gives notice of the following:
1. Reason for Electronic Meeting. The Board of Review is holding its meetings by electronic means only because, pursuant to Executive Order 2020-110, the Township Hall provides limited access to the public, residents are encouraged to remain at home or in their place of residence to the maximum extent feasible, and all in-person government activities are limited except for critical infrastructure workers and workers necessary to conduct minimum basic operations.

3. Contact Information.
