The December Board of Review has been scheduled at the Township Office, 53053 CR 388 Grand Junction, Mi. 49056, at the following time:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Columbia Township will hold a Public Hearing and regular meeting concerning the following matter on Wednesday, December 15, 2020 at 7:00 AM via virtual platform; Pursuant to the Open Meeting Act – SB 1108 the Township gives notice of the following:
- Reason for Electronic Meeting. The Planning Commission is holding its meetings by electronic means only to protect the health and safety of our citizens and Commission.

For those people who desire to contact members of the Planning Commission to provide input or ask questions on any business that will come before them at the meeting, please contact Christy Case, Township Clerk, firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the start of the meeting.
- Persons with Disabilities. Persons with disabilities may participate in the meeting through the methods set forth in paragraph 2. The purpose of this meeting is to correct a clerical error or a mutual mistake of fact relative to the correct assessment figures, the rate of taxation, or the mathematical computation relating to the assessing of taxes, the clerical error or mutual mistake of fact shall be verified by the local assessing officer and approved by the board of review at a meeting held for the purposes of this section on Tuesday following the second Monday in December and, for summer property taxes, on Tuesday following the third Monday in July.
