Who may use the Transfer Station?

The Columbia Township Transfer Station, also known as the "dump", is open to all Columbia Township property owners and residents.

Where is it located?

The Transfer Station is located one half mile north of CR 380 on 522 Street on the east side of the road.

What are the hours of operation?

Saturdays 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

What is not accepted at the Transfer Station?

bulletLiquids (paint, oil, gasoline, etc)
bulletToxic chemicals

How much does it cost?

You must purchase a Dump Permit at the Transfer Station - $20.00 for 30 punches:

1 Heaping Pickup load (household waste) 15

1 Large item (appliance, bed springs, etc) 5
1 semi tire/Ag (limit of 4 per day) 8

A Free Dump Ticket is available at the Township Hall for 2 free trips to the dump. Expiration date is December 31st.  Applicant must show proof of residencY in Columbia Township.
