With the winter months here, a lot of summer people have gone.  We need to be more vigilant then ever.  If the situation doesn't look right, it probably isn't.  If you see a suspicious situation "BE ALERT".

a.    a car you don't recognize

b.    people you don't know

Use your weapon, write down the license number or take a picture with your camera.
