Used mobile homes must pass Township inspection before being set upon a building site within Columbia Township.  No mobile home needing repairs may be placed upon a building site until the necessary repairs are made and the Township Building Inspector has approved the repairs.  Minimum size of a mobile home is 720 square feet, outside dimension, and no less than 14 feet wide, exclusive of tongue.
