It is hereby resolved that the Columbia Township Board authorizes its attorneys, Schuitmaker, Cooper, Schuitmaker, Cypher & Knoteck, P.C., to notify, in writing, the following owners of the property located at CR 380, Grand Junction, Michigan (parcel No. 80-06-031-002-00): Alice Ann Scott, Claude Scott, Paul Scott, Theodore Derricote, Deidre Gregory, Darrell Scott, Phillip Scott, John Franklin Scott, Jr., Felicia Scott and Victoria Scott, and all other interested parties for non-compliance of Township ordinances regarding Anti-Blight and building requirements. The written notice shall include a deadline of November 16, 2009, to comply with all applicable ordinances, including but not limited to required building permits, as well as required permits from the County Health Department pertaining to water and septic systems. Failure to comply by this deadline will result in Township attorneys seeking court intervention by filing suit against all named owners and occupants of the subject property.
