WHEREAS, The Columbia Township Board has approved Ordinance 2003-02, Code/Ordinance Enforcement Officer,

NOW, THEREFORE, the Columbia Township Board authorizes the contracted Van Buren County Deputy as its enforcement officer.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.
