Representation Resolution
WHEREAS, the Columbia Township Board has been informed that a Circuit Court action has been filed against Columbia Township, Dale Bradford, Mary Burgett, Mary Fogarty, and Danielle Nuismer, and
WHEREAS, Dale Bradford, Mary Burgett and Danielle Nuismer are being sued for actions taken in their capacity as township officials,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Columbia Township Board authorizes its attorneys, Schuitmaker, Cooper, Schuitmaker, Cypher & Knotek to accept service on behalf of Columbia Township, Dale Bradford, Mary Burgett and Danielle Nuismer, and to represent them in the Circuit Court action.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.
Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Hurley aye
The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
