COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Bradford. Present were Bradford, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, & Harrington. No residents.

The meeting notice was posted in a timely matter on December 1, 2009.

Ken Speicher was notified by First Class Mail , December 1, 2009, of the special meeting.

The township attorney recommended we have the meeting in response to a FOIA Appeal from Dixie Kovach, received on November 17^th.

Motion by Bradford, second by Nuismer to deny #1. Documents that were just received will be sent. Carried.
