Creation of a Special Assessment District for the Eradication
Or Control of Aquatic Weeds and Plants for North Lake
A public hearing was held on February 17, 2009, notice of same being properly published and sent to all of those persons in the proposed Special Assessment District; for the eradication or control of aquatic leaves and plants for North Lake.
Therefore, motion by Burgett, second by Hurley, to approve the special assessment roll for the special assessment for the eradication or control of aquatic weeds and plants for North Lake.
Upon roll call vote, the following voted.
Bradford aye
Burgett aye
Nuismer aye
Harrington aye
Hurley aye
The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
