A public hearing was held on February 17, 2009, notice of same being properly published and sent to all of those persons in the proposed Special Assessment District; for the eradication or control of aquatic leaves and plants for North Lake.

Further, the proposed cost is approximately $10,000 per year for treatment from Professional Lake Management, administrative expenses, publication, mailings, collection fees, and miscellaneous fees for a tentative assessment roll in the approximate amount of $50,000 for five years.

Therefore, motion by Burgett, second by Bradford, to approve the proposed cost for the eradication or control of aquatic weeds and plants for North Lake to proceed with the Special Assessment District.

Further, the Supervisor is directed to prepare a tentative special assessment roll.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Harrington nay

Hurley absent

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
