A Petition having been presented and a sufficient number of signatures having been obtained for the formation of a Special Assessment District, pursuant to MCLA 41.721, et seq., and the eradication or control of aquatic weeds and plants for North Lake and that a hearing be held on February 17, 2009, at 6:45pm, and notice of same shall be published in the South Haven Tribune and sent to all of those persons in the proposed Special Assessment District.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.
