RESOLUTION 2009-01

"Budget Amendment"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2008/2009 budget,

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:

General Fund

Increase budgeted Assessor Expense by $6,817.

Increase budgeted Township Board Expense by $5,000.

Increase budgeted Township Hall Expense by $1,600.

As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is decreased by 13,417.

Fire Fund

Increase budgeted Fire Stations by $7,500.

Increase budgeted Fire Apparatus by $2,000.

As a result of this Fire fund budget change the ending balance is decreased by $9,500.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Burgett aye

Nuismer aye

Harrington aye

Hurley aye

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted. Date of adoption: January 20, 2009
