COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Bradford. Present were Bradford, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, Harrington, and 12 citizens.

Motion by Bradford, second by Burgett, to replace the text in section 4.13 G with "RESERVED", and delete the references in 3.01E7, 3.02E6, 3.03E5, 3.04A4k, and 3.04B4k. Roll call vote: Bradford aye, Burgett aye, Fogarty aye, Hurley aye, Harrington aye. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Burgett, second by Hurley, to approve Resolution 2008-05-Adopt Zoning Ordinance Revisions and Map. Roll call vote: Bradford aye, Burgett aye, Fogarty aye, Hurley aye, Harrington nay. Carried.

Public Comment:

L. Zillman-Asked what was the difference between Home Occupation I and II.

H. Braunz-Asked why Harrington voted NO.

Motion by Burgett, second by Fogarty, to adjourn.
