COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Bradford. Present were Bradford, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, Harrington, and no citizens.

Motion by Bradford, second by Hurley to schedule budget workshop dates for January 14 & January 17 at 4:00 pm. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Bradford, second by Burgett, as a result of the Supervisor’s investigation that the township appeal the denial of the Freedom Of Information requests to Van Buren County Health Department and to carry matters to court if necessary. Carried unanimously.

Motion by Burgett, second by Fogarty, to adjourn. Carried unanimously.
