RESOLUTION 2008-04

"Budget Amendment"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2007/2008 budget,

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:

General Fund

Increase budgeted Taxes by $10,000.

Increase budgeted Assessor Expense by $9,000.

Decrease budgeted Township Board Expense by $459.

Increase budgeted Township Hall Expense by $400.

Increase budgeted Contribution Expense by $59.

As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is increased.

Fire Fund

Increase budgeted Revenues by $1,150.

Increase budgeted Fire Station Expense by $3,704.

Increase budgeted Fire Apparatus Expense by $100.

Decrease budgeted Capital Outlay Expense by $3,804.

Increase budgeted Contribution Expense by $75,446.

As a result of this Fire Fund budget change the ending balance is decreased.

Road Fund

Increase budgeted Revenues by $3,000.

As a result of this Road Fund budget change the ending balance is increased.

Housing Fund

Increase budgeted Revenues by $600.

As a result of this Housing Fund budget change the ending balance is increased.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Hurley absent

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted. Date of adoption: February 19, 2008.
