RESOLUTION 2008-03
CONSUMERS ENERGY STREET LIGHT RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that it is hereby deemed advisable to authorize Consumers Energy Company to make changes in the street lighting service as provided in the Standard Street lighting Contract between the Company and the Township of Columbia, dated October 20, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Supervisor be authorized to execute such authorization for change on behalf of the Township.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Bradford.
Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Hurley absent
The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
