WHEREAS, John Lemmer has used his personal time and gone above and beyond his normal duties as Planning Commission Chair, and

BE IT RESOLVED, the salary will be increased to $100 per meeting. In the event that a new chair is named, the salary would revert back to the original Planning Commission salary at that time. The Board has the right to withdraw the additional salary at any time.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
