RESOLUTION 2007-09

Latchaw Execution of Deeds

WHEREAS, Columbia Township will trade Stephen & Douglas Latchaw 8 cemetery lots in Thompson Cemetery for the property that they own so that it establishes all the boundary lines of the existing cemetery.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Columbia Township authorizes the execution of the deeds by Dale Bradford, Supervisor and Mary Burgett, Clerk.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Harrington.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.
