Supervisor Bradford called the Regular Meeting of the Columbia Township Board to order. Present were Bradford, Burgett, Harrington, Fogarty and Hurley were absent. In attendance were 17 citizens.

Additions/Corrections to Agenda: Motion by Bradford, second by Burgett, to move the Neighborhood Watch report to the end. Carried.

Supervisor: Complaints about water on the gravel roads is being taken care of.

Fire Chief: 1 unknown fire received in February. Call for a burn permit & leave your name & phone number.

Sheriff: 63 complaints received in February: 5 abandoned vehicle, 2 accidents, 5 alarm activation, 7 animal at large, 8 assault, 3 be on the look out, 6 breaking & entering, 1 civil/property disputes, 1 forgery/counterfeit, 1 fraudulent activity, 7 general assistance, 2 invasion of privacy, 1 larceny, 1 MDOP, 1 obstructing justice, 1 under the influence of liquor, 7 public peace, 3 suspicious situation, 1 traffic violation.

State Police: Kyle Gorham gave a report of the activity in Columbia Township in February and talked about the State Police cutbacks.

County Commissioner: No Report.

Planning Commission: The updating of the Zoning Ordinance is nearing completion.

Neighborhood Watch: Sheriff Gribler will be the guest speaker at the April 5, 2007 meeting.

Hospital: Auxiliary Book Fair March 28 & March 29. Construction began on the new Shoreline wellness & Rehab Center. New Additions to the Hospital Staff are Karen Warner, RN, Inpatient Director and Brian Reitz AART, Radiology Director.

South Haven Senior Services: No Report.

Recreation/Cemetery: No Report.

Zoning Administrator: 4 Zoning Compliances issued in February: 1 livestock barn, 1 ramp, 1 modular, and 1 remodel.
