RESOLUTION 2007-02
"Budget Amendment"
WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2006/2007 budget,
BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:
Increase budgeted Charges Sales & Service Revenue by $2,450.
Increase budgeted Interest by $1,200.
Increase budgeted Other Revenue by $10,044.
Increase budgeted Clerk Expense by $111.
Increase budgeted Treasurer Expense by $411.
Increase budgeted Police Protection Expense by $138.
Increase budgeted FICA Expense by $2,000.
As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $11,034.
Police Fund
Increase budgeted Expenditures by $400.
As a result of this Police Fund budget change the ending balance is decreased by $400.
Ambulance Fund
Increase budgeted Interest by $1,200.
Increase budgeted Ambulance Expense by $50,500.
As a result of this Ambulance Fund budget change the ending balance is decreased by 49,300.
Road Fund
Increase budgeted Revenue by $8,250.
As a result of this Road Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $8,250
Fire Fund
Increased budgeted interest by $8,000.
.As a result of this Fire Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $8,000.
Housing Fund
Increase budgeted interest by $1,200.
As a result of this Housing Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $1,200.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.
