RESOLUTION 2007-12
Abandonment of Grand Junction Alley
WHEREAS, the property owners along the alleyway on the North side of Grand Junction. East of 54th St., have requested the abandonment of same;
WHEREAS, In the opinion of the Board, it would be in the best interest that the alleyway be abandoned;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the section of the alley as stated above be abandoned.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.
Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
