RESOLUTION 2007-10
"Budget Amendment"
WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2006/2007 budget,
BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:
Increase budgeted Revenue by $10,000.
Decrease budgeted Township Board Expense by $279.
Increase budgeted Police Protection Expense by $231.
Increase budgeted Contributions to Other Funds Expense by $48.
As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $10,000.
Increase budgeted Revenue by $50,000.
As a result of this Fire Fund budget change the ending balance is increase by $50,000.
Increase budgeted Revenue by $904.
Increase budgeted Expenditures by $904.
As a result of this Hospital Fund budget change the ending balance not changed
Police Fund
Increase budgeted Expenditures by $14,374.
As a result of this Police Fund budget change the ending balance is decreased by $14,374.
Road Fund
Increase budgeted Revenue by $29,656.
As a result of this Road Fund budget change the ending balance is increased by $29,656.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Harrington.
