BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township hereby adopts the Nuisance Abatement Ordinance-2006-05.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
