WHEREAS, the Columbia Township Board re-affirms the passage of the Township’s Anti-Blight Ordinance, the Nuisance Ordinance, and the Hazardous Material Recovery Ordinance, and

WHEREAS, a question has arisen as to the exact contents of the ordinances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Columbia Township Board approves the expenditure to fully publish these ordinances in their entirety.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Harrington nay

Hurley aye

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
