Dale Bradford, Supervisor is authorized to execute the following deeds

WHEREAS, Upon survey of Berlamont Cemetery is was discovered that some cemetery lots were on the adjoining property owned by Latchaw Farms.

WHEREAS, Latchaw Farms has agreed to trade a 36’ x 455’ section of land to Columbia Township for 8 cemetery lots in Berlamont Cemetery

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, Dale Bradford is authorized to execute the deed for the property so that it establishes all the boundary lines of the existing cemetery and the boundary line adjustment

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Harrington.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Harrington aye

Hurley aye

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
