A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Bradford. Present were Bradford, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, Harrington, and 6 citizens.
| Motion by Burgett, second by Hurley, to accept the resignation of Farley Gruber from all positions of the fire department. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Burgett, second by Hurley, to appoint Max Streeter acting Fire Chief. Carried unanimously. |
| Motion by Bradford, second by Burgett, to advertise for a new fire chief. Carried unanimously. |
Public Comment: Because of Max being an EMT, will this interfere with his chiefs duties?
What qualifications do the personnel of Coloma Ambulance have?
Was Farley’s resignation sudden?
Motion by Burgett, second by Harrington, to adjourn. Carried unanimously.
