Scruggs Violation Resolution

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Columbia Township Board authorizes its attorneys, Schuitmaker, Cooper, Schuitmaker & Cypher, P.C., to take court action on behalf of the Township, and to file a Circuit Court action against Robert Scruggs for non-compliance of Township ordinances.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.
