RESOLUTION 2006-10

"Pay Certain Monthly Expenses to Avoid Penalties"

WHEREAS, some vendors and employees payment schedules do not align with Columbia Township Board monthly meeting dates.

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township hereby acknowledges that vendors may be issued payment prior to regular Board meetings to avoid penalties and/or provide wages to employees.

In all cases, invoices will be provided at the next regular Board meeting for review and approval of all warrants issued against the Township for current month expenses.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.
