WHEREAS, The state has mandated that the first meeting of the second meeting of the March Board of Review to be held on a Monday.

WHEREAS, The date can be changed to a Tuesday or Wednesday, in March, by the Township Board.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Columbia Township Board sets the first meeting of the second meeting of the March Board of Review to be on a Wednesday.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Burgett aye

Fogarty aye

Harrington aye

Hurley aye

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
