BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township hereby adopts the Nuisance Abatement Ordinance-2005-05 and designates the appointed ordinance enforcement officer to enforce this ordinance.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
