BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township hereby adopts the Hazardous Spills and Hazardous Waste Expense Recovery Ordinance-2005-03.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
