RESOLUTION 2005-09

"Fire/Ambulance Levy"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township currently has a levy of 3.85 for fire and a levy of .44 for ambulance protection, and

BE IT RESOLVED, the Columbia Township Board has reviewed the levy for fire and ambulance protection and will not seek an increase for FY 2005-2006.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
