"Budget Amendment"
WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2004/2005 budget,
BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:
| Increase budgeted Permits Mechanical Revenue by $500. |
| Increase budgeted Zoning Variance App. Fees Revenue by $460. |
| Increase budgeted Prof. Services-Legal Expense by $1500. |
| Increase budgeted Clerk Conference/Training Expense by $460. |
| Increase budgeted Treasurer Conference/Training Expense by $200. |
| Decrease budgeted Twp. Hall-Capital Outlay Expense by $1500. |
| Increase budgeted Inspector Mechanical Expense by $500. |
| Increase budgeted Zoning Admin Salary Expense by $900. |
| Decrease budgeted Recreation Facilities Expense by $1100. |
As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is unchanged.
Fire Fund
| Increase budgeted Training MFR Expense by $2604. |
| Increase budgeted Insurance-Liability & Life Expense by $3460. |
| Increase budgeted Station phone Expense by $2500. |
| Increase budgeted Capital-Computer Software/Equipment Expense by $1650. |
| Decrease budgeted Capital-Fire Stations Expense by $10,214. |
As a result of this Fire Fund budget change the ending balance is unchanged.
The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.
