RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION OF
MICHIGAN BLUEBERRY GROWERS ASSOCIATION
FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
2005-12
At a regular meeting of the Township Board of Trustees of the Township of Columbia, Van Buren County, Michigan (the "Board"), held in the Township Hall in said Township on April 19, 2005, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., local time.
PRESENT: Bradford, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, & Harrington
ABSENT: None
The following preamble and resolution were offered by member Burgett and supported by member Hurley.
WHEREAS, MICHIGAN BLUEBERRY GROWERS ASSOCIATION, in conformity with Public Act 198 of 1974, as amended, has submitted an application providing all information and requirements necessary for the granting of an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate by the Township of Columbia, County of Van Buren, State of Michigan;
THEREFORE, a Public Hearing shall be held on May 17, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., and notice of said hearing will be sent to all taxing authorities and published in the South Haven Tribune.
FURTHER, an application fee of $500.00 shall be paid by Michigan Blueberry Growers Association to the Township for the exemption certificate process;
