WHEREAS, Columbia Township has approved a Special Assessment for Weed Management of Saddle Lake

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, a Money Market Account be created for the depositing of monies for the Special Assessment and that the signers on the account be the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington aye; Hurley aye .

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
