BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township hereby adopts the Funneling Ordinance-2004-02.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington aye; Hurley aye .

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
