WHEREAS, a settlement has been reached between Columbia Township and James and Dale Ray in regards to the property at Jephtha Lake Public Access.

BE IT RESOLVED, Dean Beckwith, Supervisor and Mary Burgett, Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all documents in regard to this matter.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Hurley and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington aye; Hurley aye.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
