RESOLUTION 2004-14

"Budget Amendment"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2003/2004 budget,

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:

General Fund

Increase budgeted Police Protection Expense by $5,185 from $63,530 to $68,715.

Decrease budgeted Twp Hall Expense by $5,688 from $20,800 to $15,112.

Increase budgeted Dumpster Site Expense by $458 from $61,650 to $62,108.

Increase budgeted Contribution to Other Funds Expense by $45 from $551 to $596.

As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is not changed.

Fire Fund

Increase budgeted Fire Station Expense by $250 from $10,800 to $11,050.

Decrease budgeted Fire Apparatus Expense by $250 from $19,000 to $18,750.

As a result of this Fire Fund budget change the ending balance is not changed.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Beckwith.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington aye; Hurley aye.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
