BE IT RESOLVED, the Columbia Township Board has reviewed the levy for fire and ambulance protection and approves an increase for FY 2004-2005.

Fire from 3.5 mils to 3.85 mils. It is estimated the revenue collected as a result of this will be $233,313.

Ambulance from .4 mils to .44 mils. It is estimated the revenue collected as a result of this will be $26,664.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington nay; Hurley aye .

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
