RESOLUTION 2004-07

"Budget Amendment"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2003/2004 budget,

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:

General Fund

Increase budgeted Supervisor-Conference & Training Expense by $50.00 from $600 to $650.

Decrease budgeted Township Board Capital Expense by $350.00 from $1000.00 to $650.00.

Increase budgeted Treasurer-Conference & Training Expense by $300.00 from $700 to $1000.

As a result of this General Fund budget change the ending balance is not changed.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.  Beckwith aye; Burgett aye; Fogarty aye; Harrington aye; Hurley aye.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
