COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING MINUTES

A Special Meeting of the Columbia Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Beckwith. Present were Beckwith, Burgett, Fogarty, Hurley, Harrington, and 7 citizens.

A document was read by Jeanine Grubisich and she requested that it be entered into the minutes.

	Motion by Beckwith, second by Hurley, to authorize Dean Beckwith and Mary Fogarty to execute the contract with Burgett Builders for the construction of the Emergency Services Building. Carried. Harrington No. Burgett Abstain.
	Motion by Fogarty, second by Hurley, to approve the initial payment of $100,000 to Burgett Builders for the construction of the Emergency Services Building. Carried. Harrington No. Burgett Abstain.
	Motion by Burgett, second by Hurley, to authorize Dean Beckwith and Mary Burgett to execute the deeds for the property by Jephtha Lake Access. Carried unanimously.
