Pursuant to MCLA 125.1514, Columbia Township, Van Buren County, hereby creates and adopts a Construction Board of Appeals consisting of those persons who serve on the Antwerp Township, Van Buren County, Construction Board of Appeals.

Cost of such appeal to the Construction Board of Appeals shall be $400.00.

A member may be removed by unanimous consent of the Township Board.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Beckwith.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
