RESOLUTION 2003-01

"Budget Amendment"

WHEREAS, Columbia Township revenues and expenditures have deviated from the anticipated values reflected in the fiscal year 2002/2003 budget,

BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the following budget amendment:

Road Fund

Increase budgeted Highways Streets & Bridges expense by $19,500 from $250,000 to $269,500.

As a result of this Road Fund budget change, the budgeted Road Fund Balance is decreased by $19,500 from $111,992 to $92,492.

General Fund

Increase budgeted Inspector – Building Expense by $9,000 from $8,000 to $17,000.

Increase budgeted Permits-Building Revenue by $9,000 from $8,000 to $17,000.

As a result the General Fund budget is not changed.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.

Upon roll call vote, the following voted.

Fogarty aye

Harrington aye

Hurley aye

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
