WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the Notice of the Hearing was published as attached, and

WHEREAS, the Township deems it not only reasonable, fair and advisable, to Quit Claim its interest in the property to the underlying land contract purchaser, Eulalia Zuniga.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Clerk and Supervisor of Columbia Township be authorized to execute a Quit Claim deed granting the Township of Columbia’s interest in said property to Eulalia Zuniga for the amount of $2,043.48 plus the recording fee of $11.00.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Fogarty.

The Supervisor declared the resolution adopted.
