WHEREAS, the purchase of property in the center of the Township, for the possible future location of emergency services, would best provide for the health, safety, and welfare of the entire township;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Columbia Township approves the purchase of parcel # 80-06-021-002-01, located on 52^nd Street, South of CR 384, from Jack & Janet Conway.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Dean Beckwith, Supervisor and Mary Burgett, Clerk, are authorized to sign the purchase agreements on behalf of Columbia Township.

The foregoing resolution offered by Board Member Burgett and supported by Board Member Hurley.
